Hotel Le Meridien Kovalam Beach Resort defines

The hotel is located on the Kovalam beach, 15 km south of

Character and Style
Located amidst the palm and coconut groves, Hotel Le Meridien
Kovalam Beach Resort appears nothing short of a welcoming
haven of luxury. The hotel has 193 rooms in all that have
been divided into Sea View rooms, Royal Suites and Grove Chalets.
The Sea View rooms seem to emerge directly from the azure
seawaters into the lap of green palms. The Royal Suites are
nestled within the Halcyon Castle which was once the summer
retreat of the Maharajas of Travancore. Each suite resembles
a private villa, equipped to meet the modern amenities requirements.
The sunset view from these royal suites is a luxury in itself.
Then there are Grove Chalets, which are luxurious seaside
cottages that zestfully hug the shoreline. On one side they
have the expansive sea and on the other, relaxing pool waters.
They follow the traditional architecture style of Kerala Wooden
Houses of 18th Century with open-roof bathroom.
Hotel Le Meridien Kovalam Beach Resort is 65 acres of scenic
property that is located amidst 5000 swaying palms with 2.5
km of exclusive beach for the guests of the hotel. The shores
are washed gently by the Arabian Sea.

The hotel is in every sense a five star destination. It provides

Hotel Le Meridien Kovalam Beach Resort serves regional, Indian,
Continental, Chinese, and Ethnic Kerala cuisines including
seafood and bar-be-cue. The Firangipani is an interactive
multi-cuisine restaurant by the pool side in the Beach View
block. The Green Leaf is in the Grove Chalets block. It serves
traditional and ethnic cuisine with only a few international
delicacies. Osheen is a 24-hour coffee shop and restaurant
that is ideal for a romantic candlelight dinner. The highlight
of its menu is its barbeque delicacies. The Sea View block
houses the hotel's main bar whereas a more private beer and
wine bar is located at the Beach Center near the Grove Chalets.
Beach Center is the beach shack that serves beer and snacks.
Admiral Bar is another main hotel bar serving cocktails, spirits,
wines and beers.
